What affects the cost
- Area
The larger the area, the higher the base cost. There is a minimum visit charge.
- Type of cleaning
Deep and post-renovation cleaning take more time and supplies.
- Condition of the premises
Heavy soiling can change the scope of work, so the final price is confirmed.
- Extra zones
Windows, balcony, oven and dry cleaning are charged as separate items.
- Frequency
A discount applies to regular cleaning.
